This Privacy Policy explains what information Architcept Ltd. ("Architcept," "we," or "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

We only collect information you choose to share with us:

• Your name, email address, and phone number when you send a project request or contact form.
• A short written brief describing your project.
• Files you attach directly (floor plans, sketches, photos), up to 3MB in total. Larger files are shared by link rather than uploaded.

Payments are processed entirely by PayPal. Your card details or PayPal account information go directly to PayPal over an encrypted connection; they never touch our servers and we do not store them. We only see that a payment succeeded, along with the amount and your email address so we can send your receipt and confirm scope.

• To deliver your project and communicate with you about scope, review, and delivery.
• To process your deposit and balance through PayPal.
• To send the request email to our studio inbox, with a copy to your own address for your records.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. The only thing stored on your device is a theme preference (light or dark), kept in your browser's local storage so the site opens in your chosen mode next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

We do not run third-party ad trackers or advertising cookies. If we enable analytics, it will be cookieless and privacy-focused, collecting only aggregate traffic data such as page views and approximate region, never personal identifiers or individual browsing history.

We rely on a small number of trusted processors to run the site:

• PayPal for payment processing.
• Resend to deliver email on our behalf.
• Vercel to host the website and its backend.

Each is used only for the purpose described here, under their own privacy terms. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We keep the details and files needed to deliver your project and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return or reopen it. Payment data is retained by PayPal under its own policy, not ours. We use standard safeguards such as encryption in transit, but no online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us at any time. Email studio@architcept.com and we will take care of it. Because we collect so little, there is very little to manage.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. We serve clients worldwide; by using the site you consent to the handling of your information as described here.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will reflect it on this page. The version in effect when you submit your request governs that project.
