Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Architcept Ltd. ("Architcept," "we," or "us") for the architecture visualization and documentation services described on this website. By sending a project request, entering your details in the configurator, or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with payment.

Architcept provides architecture visualization and documentation services, including 3D modeling, photoreal rendering, real-time walkthroughs, VR experiences, and permit-ready documentation. The exact scope of your project is defined by the package you select, the sizes you enter, and the options you configure in the configurator.

Within 24 hours of payment we confirm your scope in writing to the email on file. Production begins once that confirmation is complete, so nothing is built on a misunderstanding. If any part of the confirmed scope changes after production starts, it is handled as a change order under Section 5.

Every package is priced by square footage at a flat rate per square foot. Add-ons are priced as a percentage of the area price, so costs scale with your project rather than adding a flat fee. The configurator shows the exact total before you pay anything, and that figure is re-verified on our side when you check out.

• A 50% deposit is charged via secure PayPal when you send your request.
• The balance is due after you review the watermarked file, before any changes are made and before we release the final deliverables.
• All payments are in US dollars and processed by PayPal, which accepts cards and PayPal balance in most regions. We never store your card details.

Revisions within the confirmed scope are included in your price. You have a 6-week window from initial delivery to request them, and that includes changes that come back through county or permit review so the set can actually get approved without extra cost.

If a project is reopened after the 6-week window, a 10% re-opening fee applies to reallocate resources back to your work. This keeps our schedule honest for everyone and covers the time we set aside again for you.

Anything outside the confirmed scope, such as extra renders, an added floor or space, a different VR platform, or a new area of the building, is handled as a change order using the same percentage model. Every change order is quoted and confirmed in writing before we proceed, so you always know the price of a change before it happens. Nothing moves forward on an assumption.

We deliver the complete watermarked file for your review first. After you approve it and the balance is settled, we release the final watermark-free deliverables in the formats included in your package. Renders are delivered as high-resolution image files at the resolution specified (2K or 4K). Permit-ready documentation is delivered in PDF and DWG. If you add source files, we deliver the Unreal project.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. Until then, Architcept retains all rights in the work and any watermarked previews are for your review only and may not be published or distributed.

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing before delivery, Architcept reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials. If you would prefer your project not to appear publicly, let us know when you confirm scope and we will honor that request.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate sizes, a clear brief, and any reference files you have.
• Confirming that you own or have the rights to use any plans, images, or materials you share with us.
• Responding in a timely way during review so the project can stay on schedule.

Our work is provided for visualization, marketing, and documentation purposes. Renders are artistic representations based on the information you provide and do not guarantee that a built space will look identical in real life.

Permit-ready documentation reflects architectural intent and code analysis as of delivery. It is not a substitute for the review, engineering, or stamping required by your local authority. Where you add MEP coordination layouts, those drawings are for architectural coordination and spatial intent only; they do not constitute engineered systems, sizing, or calculations, and all paths, sizes, and equipment footprints remain preliminary until verified and stamped by a licensed MEP Professional Engineer (PE).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Architcept's total liability arising out of or related to a project will not exceed the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.

If you cancel before production begins, contact us and we will work with you on a refund of the deposit. Once production has started, the deposit applies to the work already performed and is not refundable for that portion. Cancellations after delivery are subject to the re-opening terms in Section 4 if the project is later resumed.

Architcept Ltd. is organized under the laws of Nigeria and operates as a remote studio serving clients worldwide. These Terms are governed by Nigerian law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and us. If that does not resolve it within 30 days, either party may bring the matter before a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you send your request and pay the deposit governs that project, so a later change will not alter the terms of work already underway.
