How a project runs
From your project brief to final files, here is exactly what happens: how your details and files reach us, when payment happens, how scope gets confirmed, and how revisions work. No surprises, no vague timelines.
The steps
- 01
Brief & configure
You choose a package, enter the size of each floor or space, and pick your options. The price is exact before you commit anything.
- 02
Project details
Tell us who you are and what to build: name, email, a short brief, and any floor plans or photos. Files up to 3MB attach directly; bigger files just need a Google Drive or Dropbox link in the brief.
- 03
Deposit to start
Your request lands in the studio inbox with your full priced configuration, and you get a copy by email. Then you pay the 50% deposit via secure PayPal, all in one step with no waiting for approval.
- 04
Scope confirmation
Within 24 hours of payment we confirm your scope in writing and reach out to the email on file. Production starts once that is done, so nothing gets built on a misunderstanding.
- 05
Production & preview
We build your set and send a complete watermarked file for review before anything is final. You see real progress as it happens, not just promises at the end.
- 06
Review & revisions
You have a 6-week window from initial delivery to request revisions, including feedback that comes back through county or permit review. Send your notes within the window to stay on track.
- 07
Final delivery
The balance is due after you review the watermarked file, before any changes are made and before we release the final deliverables. You receive clean, watermark-free files in the agreed formats, plus source files if you included them.
Revisions & corrections
Revisions are built into the price, not bolted on after. Here is how the window works and what happens if a project needs to be reopened later.
What is covered
All revisions within your configured scope are included during the 6-week window from initial delivery. That includes changes that come back through county or permit review, so the set can actually get approved without extra cost.
After the window
If a project is reopened after 6 weeks, a 10% re-opening fee applies to reallocate resources to your work. It keeps our schedule honest for everyone and covers the time we set aside again for you.
Scope changes & change orders
Need something outside what you configured? Extra renders, an added floor or space, a different VR platform, or a new area of the building. We handle it as an add-on using the same percentage model, so the cost scales with your project rather than a flat surprise.
Every scope change is quoted and confirmed in writing before we proceed, so you always know the price of a change before it happens. Nothing moves forward on an assumption.
